Agriculture Service Manager
Applicant must have skills in organization, leadership, and communication. A minimum of three years progressive experience in farm equipment service operations is recommended. The Service Manager must have extensive knowledge of agricultural equipment service and repair. Demonstrated management, sales and business financial planning skills needed. The Service Manager is responsible for the operating budget for the department, and the overall service department performance. This position is responsible for managing the quality of the service work and the productivity of the technicians, as well as responsible for managing relationships with customers.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
