The Judge Group is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor with manufacturing experience or construction industry experience in the Dodge City KS area.
Relocation provided for great candidates.

Degree preferred but not required MUST HAVE:

years of experience with Electrical and Instrumentation and team supervision MUST HAVE:
Experience working in a food manufacturing plant.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise Technicians on day to day tasks and participate in long-term planning sessions - Implement engineering solutions - Communicate closely with maintenance management - Troubleshooting and problem solving equipment break downs - Complete annual Company safety and food safety training programs.
- Implement and oversee training and development programs for technicians - Report potential safety issues EDUCATION AND
Experience:
- A degree is preferred or 5
