OVERVIEWThis position is located in our Dodge City office and is part of the Crop Quest Administrative TeamThis position reports to the Administrative Manager and works closely with our President, Board of Directors, our Team of Agronomists, and Precision Ag & Tech Specialists.This position takes ownership of producing our organization's financial reports, ensures compliance with accounting regulations, helps maximize profits and mitigates risk.RESPONSIBILITIES Analyze Financial Accounts Audit Internal Financial Information Financial Forecasting and Budgeting Preparation of Financial Statements ESOP & EPST (Profit Sharing) Retirement Administration SKILLS & ABILITIES Analytical & Problem Solving Ability Advanced Knowledge of Accounting Practices Navigation of ERP Software Proficient Computer & Spreadsheet Experience Organization & Attention to Detail Responsible, Self-Motivated, Team Player Continual Learning QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree Accounting/Finance and 2-3 years minimum experience Job Descriptions are designed to give potential employees an idea of their job requirements and may change at any time at the discretion of the company to fit company goals and needs. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
