A Regional Health System in Western Kansas is searching for an Experienced Nurse Director to lead their Labor and Delivery and Postpartum Departments.

With a full range of healthcare services, the Nurse Director will continue the tradition of providing exceptional care within the Labor and Delivery and Postpartum Departments.
With almost 700 deliveries to oversee, the Nurse Director Labor and Delivery will need to be a very high energy, organized leader.
They will work to develop and maintain physician relations, be a champion of Quality and implement improvements when and where needed, and support the clinical needs and staff of the department.
The Nurse Director Labor and Delivery will report directly to the Chief Nursing Officer and will be supported by a Nurse Manager within each department.
The ideal candidate will possess:
A Master's Degree in Nursing or related field (Candidate must have BSN if Master's is not in Nursing) 4 years of Progressive leadership experience A minimum of 3 years in Labor and Delivery or Obstetrics Located on the plains of West Central Kansas, the Nurse Director Labor and Delivery will be welcomed into the community with outstretched arms.
